Step two
Contract and Kickoff
We establish a start date sign a contract and schedule a kickoff call to discuss the start or transition of services. If you choose to use our discounted BreezyNotes practice management software, we schedule training for you and your staff as well.
Step three
Transitioning
For customers new to billing, we will work on familiarizing you with our processes. For customers transitioning from an existing billing services relationship, we will work with you and your existing billing company to make the transition go as smooth as possible.
Our goal is to achieve maximum business continuity. Success is measured by a lack of disruption to your payments posting and follow up. At this stage we continue learning about and adapting to the specific needs of your practice.
Concurrently we are running eligibility checks on all active clients, pulling reports into your first audit and scheduling your first account review.
BreezyNotes support staff will continue to assist you and your providers in the finer points of using the system.
Step four
Ongoing Billing Services
With most processes established and both parties getting more comfortable with one another, we switch into Ongoing Billing Services. Here we have all business processes established. Your monthly account review is scheduled. We are no longer working old claims and are focused primarily on claims and payments submitted while a customer of BreezyBilling. At this point your revenue cycle is completely in our hands and running smoothly.
