BreezyBilling started with a dream to make it easier for behavioral health clinic owners and administrators to run their practice.

Minnesota-based BreezyBilling began as software company BreezyNotes in 2015 by James Jonas, LICSW, LMFT, and his son, Paul. James is an active practice owner with decades of experience as an administrator, a business owner and a therapist. Paul’s background is in communications, marketing and web technology. The pair saw a need for efficient practice management software built specifically with behavioral health practices and their providers in mind.

Soon after launching BreezyNotes, we found a similar issue in billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) services. No one was taking a human approach to helping the owners and admins who keep their practices operating day in and day out. In 2016 we added billing and RCM services in addition to software, and officially launched BreezyBilling in 2017.

Our goal with BreezyBilling has always been to offer relationship-based billing and RCM services that meet or exceed the highest expectations. That means our customers know exactly who to call when they need help or have questions. It means we will meet person-to-person at least once a month to make sure your account is in top shape. It means you have the information you need to run your practice when you need it. It means we make your success our responsibility.

Taking responsibility for your success. Together.

With BreezyBilling you always have someone in your corner.

  • One Account Manager to call when you have questions about anything.

  • Person-to-person meetings to go over reports, Accounts Receivable and invoicing.

  • A timely filing commitment.

  • Prior authorizations

Our roots inform our unique approach to behavioral health billing.
